Human Resources Coordinator
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Norwood, NJ
Alpine Ocean Seismic Survey, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for providing administrative support for human resources and recruitment. We are a rapidly growing company seeking someone with a high level of professionalism and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with new hire orientation and paperwork.
- Provide support in talent management, recruitment and training programs.
- Manage interview calendar and job postings.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Track and manage time off and leave.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and social media activities.
- Maintain employee records.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ relevant human resources experience required.
- High attention to detail and pro-active thinking is a must.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Must be responsible and reliable.
- High level of maturity, discretion, initiative and professionalism required.
- Excellent communications and writing skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift/push/pull objects up to 25 pounds at a time.
