Caroline Nagy, Director of Human Resources, leads human resources, talent management and recruitment activities at Alpine. Her responsibilities include employee relations, engagement, performance management and benefits administration.

Prior to Alpine, Caroline developed human resources and recruitment functions for several start-ups.  Caroline has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys yoga and hiking and spending time outdoors with her family.

Caroline’s favorite quote is by J.K. Rowling that inspires her when attempting new challenges: “Anything’s possible if you’ve got enough nerve.”

Caroline enjoys developing new procedures, creating and implementing ways to work better and engage teams. She finds fun in the challenge of recruiting for hard to fill roles.
