

Full Time Position
Potential Candidates must have an applicable Masters degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience, or an applicable Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7-10 years work experience. He/she must possess proven leadership/management skills, a strong background in shipboard field work, and good proposal and report writing skills.
The Candidate’s primary area of expertise should be with inshore and shallow water high resolution geophysics (subbottom profilers, side scan sonars, magnetometers etc.). Experience with field management of surveys related to cable, pipeline, and offshore installations will be regarded positively. Knowledge of navigation, swath bathymetry, multi-channel geophysics and CAD/data processing software packages a plus.
Candidate must be willing to travel both within the U.S. and overseas.

Full Time Position
The candidate will work closely with the Executive Vice President in developing present and new markets and will be involved in the technical and commercial preparation of proposals and client negotiations.
He/She will have a minimum of 7 years experience in the offshore survey industry with at least 2 years spent in a marketing or senior project management position related to Alpine’s area of business. The candidate should be intimately familiar with the types of projects and clients with which Alpine is involved (please refer to our web site) and possess established contacts in the industry. Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.
Periodic traveling both within the US and overseas will be required.

Full Time Position
Candidate should have an applicable Bachelors or Masters Degree in a Marine Science. Specific course work in marine geology/geophysics, sedimentology, oceanography, hydrography and GIS/CAD a major plus.
Work or internship experience related to Alpine’s business (see our website) will be viewed favorably. Experience can include working on projects related to marine construction, pipeline/cable route design or coastal protection/renourishment projects. Candidate should also highlight any experience they may have working with the following equipment: subbottom profilers, side scan sonars, magnetometers, swath bathymetry systems, navigation packages (software and GPS), tide gauges, wave gauges, current meters, sediment sampling tools etc.
Periodic traveling to projects both within the US and overseas will be required.
As needed, Alpine will provide classroom and field training on equipment and survey methods in order to enhance a successful candidate’s skills.
